About This Event

On the way we'll stop for a wander in the grounds of the [House of the Binns](https://ntswebstorage01.blob.core.windows.net/nts-web-assets-production/downloads/House-of-the-Binns_estate_map_0326.pdf) for a closer look at the Binns Tower. Then continue via Mannerston's - we'll take a vote on a sit-in lunch here or a picnic in the grounds of [Blackness castle](https://www.historicenvironment.scot/visit-a-place/places/blackness-castle/overview). We'll start our return with a final view of the Binns Tower up above St Ninian's Way, just before we enter the woods. We'll go on through to the Hopetoun Estate and South Queensferry, Dalmeny, and enter Edinburgh via Cramond Brig. Around 35 miles, the ride is predominantly on off-road and segregated, shared use paths and quiet back roads. There is a very short section with fast traffic to access the House of Binns and Mannerston's from Pardovan Holdings. **More info:** Coffee stop (provide your own) at Binns Tower Lunch stop at Mannerston's (sit in) or Blackness Castle (picnic tables on site, and light refreshments available in the ticket office).
