Cafe Ceilidh is set to grace the Scottish Storytelling Centre in Edinburgh once more on Wednesday 17 March. This popular monthly event promises an evening steeped in Scottish culture, with a diverse array of performers taking to the stage. Attendees can expect a rich tapestry of traditional Scottish songs, evocative instrumental music, captivating poems, and engaging stories, all shared within the welcoming confines of the Storytelling Court. The essence of a ceilidh is captured in these relaxed gatherings, offering a genuine taste of lively Scottish tradition. Whether you're keen to simply soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the performances or feel inspired to share your own talents, all are heartily encouraged to participate. Join the Scots Music Group for an afternoon of traditional Scottish songs, instrumental music, poems and stories. You can listen or bring a tune to share. The session takes place in the Storytelling Court at the Scottish Storytelling Centre, where everyone is welcome to take part.

The venue has level access throughout, including the theatre, and is fully wheelchair friendly. Accessible toilets are available, with baby changing facilities on the ground floor. Assistance dogs are permitted. The event runs on a drop-in basis and is free to attend.
