We are getting together for an informal afternoon of conversation and tea in Edinburgh. This event is a chance for anyone learning or speaking Mandarin to practice in a relaxed setting, whether you are a native speaker, a student, or someone who just enjoys keeping up with the language. We will be meeting at a local tea room to chat, share experiences, and enjoy a quiet break from the day. There is no formal lesson plan or pressure to be fluent; the focus here is simply on building a local community of people with a shared interest in Mandarin. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends, ask questions, or just enjoy a cup of tea while listening to others. If you have been looking for a low-key way to use your language skills outside of a classroom, this will be a perfect fit. If you are planning to join us, please RSVP through the event page so we can keep an eye on numbers for the venue. We look forward to seeing some familiar faces and welcoming new members to the group.
