Join us at Lochrin Rooftop for our festival party, inspired by one of Geração 80's cinematic characters, Angola's capital city: Luanda.

Following the UK premiere of My Semba (Meu Semba) (https://algae-beagle-n2gf.squarespace.com/2026-programme/my-semba) on Friday 30 October, join us at Lochrin Rooftop for our festival party, inspired by one of Geração 80's cinematic characters, Angola's capital city: Luanda.

Expect to be transported to Luanda's cityscapes – journeying from its iconic seafront bay views through the melodic rythms of Semba and Kizomba; to its buzzing shanty towns – the musseques, where the electrifying beats of kuduro and Afro-fusion were forged, before exploding into the contemporary world music scene.

DJs to be announced soon.

Ticket includes drink on arrival.
