Like to run? Keen to meet new people that don't take themselves too seriously? Join us for a gentle run, followed by a drink and a chat. Simple as that! This is our regular Sunday night session - a 5k around the Meadows followed by a drink in a local pub. It’s a relaxed, social run where you are invited to run at your own pace and we will aim to have a back marker at each run.
