**Hadestown The Musical (Cinema Event)** Sunday 18th October @ 2pm Cineworld, Fountain Park, Edinburgh, EH11 1AF Hadestown The Musical is a special cinema event featuring the original Broadway cast in a filmed production of the multi-award-winning musical, recorded live in London’s West End. Winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical and the 2020 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. It also says here that Hadestown The Musical invites audiences on a hell-raising journey to the underworld and back. Well that sounds a delightful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. And it’s considerably cheaper than a London theatre trip. **TICKETS** We’re in screen 7, which is huge and comfy, so that’s nice. I’m booked in seat D18 (see the seating plan in photos - I’m the seat marked green). Please book in the same row as early as possible, so we can sit together. It’s a grand view from there, and usually quieter in that area which should help us book seats together. You can buy tickets on the Cineworld app, or website - https://www.cineworld.co.uk/films/1000045607-hadestown-the-musical/?date=2026-10-18 **RSVP** Please only add yourself as attending once you have booked your tickets. If your plans change and you have to cancel, please also update your attendance on here. Thank you kindly. **AFTERWARDS** We can head upstairs to Starbucks for a coffee and chat, during which we might say things like “What the hell was that all about?” and “I wish I’d just stayed at home in my pyjamas.” See you there 😊
