Edinburgh Photographic Society is one of the oldest photographic societies, established in 1861. Today the Society is thriving with around 300 members and an eclectic mix of photographic interests. We meet in the heart of the New Town every week from September to April each year.

Members enjoy a varied programme of talks, workshops and special interest groups including Nature Group and a group for photographers developing a body of work or working towards a distinction. The programme includes in-person and Zoom events. There are two studios and a darkroom available to our members.
