Join school business leaders from across Scotland for a powerful day of insight, influence, networking and professional development as we shine a spotlight on the vital role that school business leaders (Business Managers and Bursars) play in educational success.

This inaugural School Business Leadership Summit brings together business leaders from across Scotland to explore the challenges, opportunities and future of school business leadership in Scotland. Drawing on challanges and opportunites of the current Scottish educational context and the SLS survey findings, the day will include keynotes and practical discussions on wellbeing, workforce pressures and the evolving role of SBMs. It is a day designed to inform, inspire and empower.

We are delighted to welcome wellbeing and leadership specialist Pam Burrows as our keynote speaker. Her inspiring session, How to Stop Your Superpower Becoming Your Superproblem, will explore how school business leaders can protect their wellbeing while continuing to deliver exceptional impact. Pam will return later in the day with a practical and energising session on Powering Up Your Energy and Confidence.

Alongside contributions from SLS General Secretary David Barnett and PL & Policy Officer Alison Mitchell, delegates will have the opportunity to network, share experiences, influence future thinking and ensure that the voice of school business leadership is heard loud and clear.
