This evening, we welcome back Mark O'Bryen, Master of Wine, lately of Hatch Mansfield Wine Wholesalers, to lead us through a range of the wines made by, or under the direction of, Larry Cherubino. All of the wines are from the Hatch Mansfield stable. Some are labeled under Larry's own name. Others are made by him for others, both within Western Australia and further afield in the continent. However, wherever they are made, they retain Mr Cherubino's Western Australian influence. For those of us not having been to Western Australia, tonight will offer the opportunity of tasting a number of wines from this State - and beyond - together, to compare and contrast with each other.
