This October, Mark Miller is bringing Thriving Through Turbulence back to Edinburgh as an extended, interactive experience for business owners and senior leaders who want to step away from day-to-day activity, see their businesses more clearly and examine the decisions and behaviours shaping their organisations.

Psychopathy is estimated at around 1% of the general population, yet one landmark study found that almost 4% of executives met the research threshold for psychopathy. Perhaps that shouldn't surprise us. We're remarkably good at mistaking psychopathic traits for leadership: charm becomes charisma, grandiosity becomes confidence and ruthlessness becomes decisiveness. Sometimes we don't discover the difference until the turbulence starts.
