Yin Nidra Enhance With Reiki

Step away from the constant need to do, achieve and keep moving, and give yourself permission simply to be.

This deeply restorative two-hour session combines long-held, fully supported Yin Yoga postures with guided Yoga Nidra and Reiki healing. Using bolsters and props, you’ll be encouraged to soften physical tension, quieten the mind and allow your nervous system to settle into a state of deep rest.

The Yin practice will gently guide your awareness inward, creating space to release what you have been carrying. We will then transition into a soothing Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation experienced while lying comfortably—to support profound relaxation, integration and inner clarity.

Reiki healing will be offered to every participant throughout the session, encouraging balance and renewal on physical, emotional and energetic levels.

Leave feeling rested, grounded and reconnected with yourself—without needing to achieve anything at all. This is your time to pause, receive and remember the ease of simply being.
