At Ennis Community College, we believe students should have opportunities to discover what excites and inspires them.

Our broad subject offering includes French and Spanish, as well as Wood Technology, Technology, Graphics and Engineering. We are particularly proud to be the only school in Ennis offering Engineering, giving students an exciting opportunity to develop practical, creative and problem-solving skills.

Students can express their creativity through Art and Music, develop their understanding of enterprise through Business, and explore the issues shaping our world through Politics and Society.

Whether your child loves designing, building, creating, performing, languages, business, technology, sport or understanding the world around them, there are opportunities to discover and develop their talents.

Sport, Fitness & Wellbeing

Students have access to excellent sporting facilities, including a full-size sports hall, fully equipped gym and full-size GAA pitch.

There are opportunities to participate in a wide variety of sports, including hurling, Gaelic football, soccer, basketball, badminton and table tennis, with many more activities available throughout school life.

Whether students want to compete, represent their school, improve their fitness or simply enjoy being active with friends, there is something for everyone.

Creativity Takes Centre Stage

Life at Ennis Community College extends far beyond the classroom.

Our students have taken to the stage at Glór, Ennis, performing in spectacular sold-out school musicals, including The Addams Family and Chicago.

From acting, singing and music to backstage, technical and creative roles, our productions give students the chance to build confidence, make friendships and become part of something truly memorable.
