About This Event

A beginner class for pole fitness runs from 12:00 to 13:00 on 22 September 2026 at Activity Room 2, Cornwall House. The price for this session is from £3.00 and it is designed for individuals new to the activity.

Beginner classes are for individuals who are relatively or completely new to pole fitness. These classes work on basic moves and combinations.

What to wear:

• Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip.

• Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top.

Class rules:

• Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part.

• Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class.

• Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).
