Conditioning classes will take place in Activity Room 3 at Cornwall House, Exeter, on 24 September 2026. These classes are designed for individuals of any strength or pole ability, focusing on building strength and stability on the pole. Ticket prices start from £3.00.

What to wear:

• Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip.

• Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top.

Class rules:

• Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part.

• Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class.

• Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).
