Our Couch to 5K group is a supportive, weekly meet-up designed to help complete beginners gradually build confidence, stamina and fitness – all at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’ve never run before or you’re returning after a break, this friendly group makes it easier to stay motivated. Together we’ll follow a simple, structured programme that mixes walking and running, helping you progress week by week without pressure. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to meet new people, boost your mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and enjoy the benefits of being out in nature. Every session is relaxed, encouraging and open to absolutely everyone. Just bring comfortable trainers, a bottle of water, and a willingness to join in.
