This judo taster session will be held in Studio 2 at Exeter Sports Park on Wednesday 16 September 2026 from 18:00 to 20:00. Attendees should aim to arrive ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The workshop is open to participants of all abilities and fitness levels, whether they are brand new or have years of training experience.

Guests must wear sports clothing with no zips and remove all jewellery or secure it with tape; hair needs to be tied back during the session. If individuals possess a gi, they are welcome to bring it with them. After the instruction concludes, there will be drinks and food available at the RAM.
