**OUR NEXT MEETUP WILL BE HELD on Saturday 24th October 2 pm to 4 pm!** **Drop in any time from 2pm onwards ; NB Please note we are meeting on a SATURDAY this time.** You may notice I am changing the days around a bit. This is so that people have more chances of finding a time that suits them. People have enjoyed the summer picnics in the park, but the weather is not on our side so we are back indoors again for this month. We are going to try this new venue at short notice. Hope you can drop in. If this goes well we may repeat this on a Saturday afternoon. If you're in Exeter to do a bit of shopping you can just drop in and say hi for as long or as short a time as convenient. If you have something you'd like to share but can't make it to the meeting, please share it here through comments, or alternatively email me at adhdcoachanna@gmail.com. I hope you can make it! **The postcode is Exeter EX4 3HR.** These meetups are an opportunity for you to come along and connect, get to know each other, support each other, and lighten the road ahead. And have time amongst people who get you and have amazing, rambling, curious, serious and hilarious conversations! You can keep in touch and ask for/share opinions and strategies for surviving and thriving with ADHD/ASD etc. All welcome - adults with ADHD/Autism, parents, late teenagers, etc. We'd love you to come and join us!
