This week Rosie’s flow is a pretty musical theatre flow, perfect for anyone looking to build their performance skills. It will be beginner and improvers friendly, as it will have slight variations for your different levels. We recommend wearing shorts as this flow requires leg grip.

As a disclaimer, the song will be Requiem from Dear Evan Hansen, so may be a sensitive topic for some.

What to wear:

• Pole is easier with some skin exposed for grip.

• Wear what feels comfortable – we recommend shorts and a tank top.

Class rules:

• Arrive on time so you don’t miss the warm-up – if you miss it, you won’t be able to take part.

• Avoid moisturising, shaving, or fake tanning 24 hours before class.

• Remove jewellery during class (exceptions for religious reasons).

Check our instagram for more info and how to find us! We look forward to seeing you soon, love UEPF! Xx
