Powered by waste data-centre heat, prawn farms are now providing the main protein source for the UK’s human populations. But running a prawn farm is no easy business. The country needs farmers who can grow stellar prawns while balancing regulations and environmental pressures. Do you have what it takes?

Step into our live, game-show-style experience and find out. Working in teams, you'll go head-to-head in a series of fun and lightly-educational challenges, based on real research from the University of Exeter.
