Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Simon has worked across blue-chip brands, digital commerce, agency leadership and venture creation. Most notably, as Founder and CEO of Immaculate Vegan, he built a specialist multi-brand marketplace serving customers around the world, growing the business to over £1.3m in annual revenue, more than 150 partner brands, and over one million annual users, with 45% of customers coming from international markets.

For entrepreneurs and ambitious founders, Simon's journey offers a fascinating insight into what it really takes to build and scale a business beyond domestic borders.
