About This Event

Course description: Gather and find out more about your local area by following a planned route, learn about the community resources and improve your well-being at the same time. We will start each walk with a safety talk, ensuring you know what to expect and where we are going. Each walk will have a different theme, and you can sign up to a single walk or many. Teaching and Learning Approaches: Be prepared for all weathers – suitable footwear, layers, snacks and water. We will be stopping along the route at regular intervals and will provide teas /coffees.
