About This Event

The Writing: Having Your Voice Heard session takes place on 2 December 2026 at 14:00 at Stonehouse Creek in Plymouth. It offers a relaxed environment where participants can write on any topic with support and feedback available if desired.

Course description: Join us for a relaxed writing session. It doesn’t matter if you have written before or not at all. You may be a purist of form or don’t care about accuracy of grammar, spelling and punctuation. We want to hear what you have to say. We can support you and prompt you and give feed-back if you wish. As we’re entering the ‘dark half of the year’, we encourage you to indulge in imagining sensations of spicy smells and crackling fire to inspire your writing. Teaching and Learning Approaches: Supportive group sessions with writing prompts and feed-back.
