MOMENTUM is a practical, interactive workshop designed to help business owners step away from the day-to-day demands of running their business and spend some valuable time thinking about its future.

Through group discussions, shared experiences and practical exercises, we'll explore how you can develop greater clarity, focus and positive momentum in your business.

The workshop is led by Nigel Cook, Founder of Mentor Members (https://mentormembers.co.uk/), who brings over 30 years of hands-on business experience, and a wealth of practical knowledge gained from building and running his own successful business.

The atmosphere is informal, relaxed and enjoyable. There are no formal lectures or complicated theories, just friendly conversations, shared experiences and practical ideas that you can take away and use in your own business.

You don't need to have all the answers before attending. The workshop is designed to help you ask the right questions about your business and identify practical ways forward.

Our aim is for everyone attending to leave with fresh ideas, a clearer sense of direction and positive actions they can begin putting into practice.
