I would like to invite you to join us for an afternoon of quiet movement and connection in Portsmouth. Our upcoming Qi Flow and Steeped Harmony gathering is designed to help us slow down and reset before the busyness of the week takes hold. We will begin with a gentle, guided series of movements to encourage the flow of energy through the body, followed by a time to sit together, share some tea, and enjoy the stillness of the space. This gathering is open to anyone looking for a low-pressure way to practice mindfulness and meet others in our community. Whether you have practiced qi-inspired movement for years or are just curious to see what it is all about, you are welcome here. We provide a space that is focused on ease and comfort, so please come as you are and wear whatever clothes make you feel relaxed. We keep these sessions small to ensure everyone has a comfortable seat and space to move, so please let us know if you can make it by clicking the RSVP button. I look forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting those of you joining us for the first time.
