✨ Nia ("Now I Am" or Neuromuscular Integrative Action for short scientific name) is a mindful movement practice that blends energy personality from the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts — designed to move your body, mind, emotions, and spirit the way it's designed to move.

✨ Whether you're getting back into movement after a break, pregnancy, or injury — or simply looking for a feel-good way to stay mobile, strong, and centred — Nia welcomes all fitness levels and all ages. No experience needed!

Each class is adaptable to your body's needs and encourages expressive, healing, and joyful movement. It's movement medicine that supports:
