TULCA continues its opening night at Electric Galway with tailored DJ sets by Phil RetroSpector and Core Minimal.

Following the Official Launch of TULCA Festival of Visual Arts 2026 at An Post Gallery, TULCA continues its opening night at Electric Galway with tailored DJ sets by Phil RetroSpector and Core Minimal.

Phil RetroSpector

Core Minimal

Phil RetroSpector is an audio-visual artist. This reclusive figure mixes emotion rather than beats, stretching the very fabric of popular music (from Hi-Brow to Lo-Fi), to new and exciting contextual arenas. Phil RetroSpector will perform from 9–11pm.

After a long hiatus, Core Minimal returns to the decks, making his debut in Electric Galway for the TULCA Festival of Visual Arts after party. He plans on providing a stomping two hour techno set incorporating some of the best techno out there along with some of his own releases and maybe even some unreleased material as well. Core Minimal will perform from 11pm–late.
