We are proud to present our next tasting evening at the iconic Chaophraya on Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow. The restaurant has long been a favourite of My Dine and Glasgow’s Good Food Group, and we love the fresh, vibrant Thai dishes they serve. Hosted within the restaurant’s intimate private dining area, this promises to be our most elegant event yet. Inspired by the Land of a Thousand Smiles, guests will enjoy a specially curated five-course, tapas-style Thai tasting menu: *Course 1 — Thai Spring Roll* Chicken spring roll served with sweet chilli sauce. *Course 2 — Duck Salad* Duck with chilli, lime, pomegranate, cucumber, spring onion, red onion, tomato, celery and Sriracha sauce. *Course 3 — Thai Sweetcorn Cake* Fried with red curry and kaffir lime leaves, served with sweet chilli, peanut, cucumber and vegetable relish. *Course 4 — Crispy Chicken with Cashew Nuts* Crispy chicken with cashew nuts, served with jasmine rice. *Course 5 — Mango Sticky Rice* A classic Thai dessert of fresh mango served with sweet sticky rice. Gluten-free menu: Soup, papaya salad, Pad Thai, duck salad and mango sticky rice. Vegetarian menu: Vegetable spring rolls, papaya salad, sweetcorn cakes, tofu with cashew nuts and jasmine rice, and mango sticky rice.
