Ian MacQueen is the Founder and Managing Director of MPS Lettings and MacQueen Property Solutions. A qualified Chartered Engineer with over 12 years' experience in senior roles at a FTSE 100 company, Ian has successfully transitioned into full-time property, building his own portfolio while growing businesses specialising in lettings, property maintenance, refurbishment and construction.

Drawing on his experience as both an investor and business owner, Ian will share the lessons he has learned from building a property portfolio, buying at auction, managing refurbishments, leveraging private investment, using SASS/SIPP pensions, and growing a lettings business focused on delivering value for landlords. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your portfolio, Ian's session will offer practical insights from his own journey.

Andrew Graham: Owner of Propel (Tailored Digital Systems)

Andrew Graham is the founder of Propel Business Transformation. He works with property investors, landlords and letting businesses across Scotland to get out of the day to day chaos and build the systems that let them scale, or step back. Propel has helped a number of property businesses replace manual processes and disconnected spreadsheets with one clear system built around how they actually work, giving owners real visibility over their business, often for the first time, and the time back to focus on growth.

Fraser Walsh and his wife Jackie run W9 Architects, a studio working across Scotland.
