About This Event

An autism-friendly quiet opening is scheduled at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow on 25 September 2026. The museum, which opened in 1901, will operate with reduced sensory stimuli during this session. Entry is free. The event is designed to improve accessibility for autistic visitors.

To provide a quieter environment this event will have - Restricted visitor numbers to prevent crowds Sounds from audio-visual displays, interactives and films will be switched off where possible.
