About This Event

Children's Classic Concerts is bringing Elf Academy to the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on Saturday, December 12, 2026. Celia Llácer will conduct the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, with Owen Gunnell hosting the event. This enchanting musical journey invites young audiences into a world of elves and magic through a blend of classical music and festive charm. The performances will take place at 1pm and 3pm. Tickets start from £10.50 to £23.50 (child/adult) and include a booking fee and contribution towards the restoration fund.

Children's Classic Concerts and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra present: Elf Academy Saturday 12th December 2026 at 1pm and 3pm Conducted by Celia Llácer Presented by Owen Gunnell Hands up who’s ready to enroll in the Elf Academy! The Class of 2026 is getting ready to hit those books, sharpen those pencils and get their heads down to some serious(!) work. Children’s Classic Concerts ’ Head Elf, Owen Gunnell , is joining forces with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra , the RSNO Junior Chorus and the Manor School of Ballet to launch your family’s festive season. With musical maths classes to attend, wintery PE sessions to negotiate and, of course, everyone’s favourite Christmas Dinner assignment in Home Economics, this is education Elf-style. The question is, will it be an A for Owen, or the dreaded detention? BSL will be available for this performance.
