HOW A MORNING ACTUALLY WORKS: • 5 TO 6 UNIQUE STORIES: We don't just shuffle to one track. Each 2-hour session explores 5 to 6 completely different songs—each with its own distinct rhythm, pace, choreography, and history. • THE 6-MINUTE WELL-BEING ARC: Every single piece of music (about 3 to 6 minutes long) takes us on a predictable journey…. The Start (FOCUS): The music kicks off and everyone looks down. You are listening to the facilitator calling out steps, & watching the teacher's, your own, &/or your neighbours’ feet. This intense focus completely silences your daily stress. The Middle (COORDINATION): As the music builds the rhythm in your body, the group's physical coordination grows stronger. Holding hands acts like a mechanical guide—just like a sports team or marching band—keeping the whole circle stable and in sync. The Goal (JOY): As the pattern locks in, your body relaxes and heads naturally come up from the floor. The breakthrough is the sudden, uplifting realisation that you are moving in perfect harmony as one single unit. This repeats for each dance. Usually we experience 6 to 7 different dance patterns in a session. There is time for a cuppa & chat & socials. No auditions. No dance experience required. If you can walk, you can do it.
