Please note :

The above mentioned camp is only for the resident of the consular Jurisdiction of this Consulate General i.e. Scotland. You are requested to bring a copy of the documentary proof of your residence viz. utility bill / rent agreement / Property ownership certificate etc.

2. If you are required to upload online data pertaining to your application for the service as mentioned above, please be careful in selecting the Indian Mission/Office on the relevant OCI/Visa/Passport portal. Please select EDINBURGH as the Indian Mission/Office, otherwise the application will not be accepted.

3. Please bring the originals and hard copies of all the required documents including those uploaded Online by the applicants e.g. in OCI cases. Please note that the venue doesn’t have a photocopying or printing facility. Therefore, the copies have to be arranged by the applicants themselves.

4. Applicants for attestation Power of Attorney/Affidavits are reminded to follow the guidelines on the following link as only online approved applications will be accepted. https://www.cgiedinburgh.gov.in/page/important-notice/ Attestation services which are done at VFS centre may complete the requirement and book appointments.

5. Visa and passport service applicants should be careful about the specifications of photographs. Hard copy of the photograph is also required with the application.

6. Please check the website of the Consulate General (https://www.cgiedinburgh.gov.in/page/consular-services-information/ ) for detailed information about documentation, witnesses, etc. in order to prepare their applications / documents and that of M/s VFS Global i.e. https://services.vfsglobal.com/gbr/en/ind/ for other documentary requirements and fees for various services. In addition, we have also attached a QR code for your reference.7. Please book only one appointment for each service. There will be no separate e-mail confirming the appointment.
