International Student new to Glasgow? Welcome!

Join us for our first "student cafe" of the year. We will be competing in groups, walking around the University of Glasgow and Sandyford area, completing tasks as we explore, and seeing who wins at the end of the night!

The event is organised by Sandyford Henderson Memorial Church, It is part of the International Welcome 2026.

Sandyford Student Cafe happens every Friday and is a place for students to make friends, hang out, and enjoy some fun whilst here in Glasgow.

The International Welcome 2026 is organised by Friends International Glasgow with the aim to welcome international students from all over the world to Glasgow. All events are free social events with the aim of welcoming students to the city, sharing culture, food and tips about living in Glasgow. People of all faiths (and none) are welcome.
