Breathwork meets singing for a life-affirming experience!

Come and join award-winning opera singer and voice teacher, Louise Macdonald on Monday 7th September, 2026 6pm-7pm in the Small Chapel, The Renfield Centre, Bath St., Glasgow, for the first in our new series of seven Find Your Voice Singing Workshops for Women.

Each workshop is a chance to explore, strengthen and enjoy your voice, in a safe, fun and nurturing community.

It is somewhere beween a singing lesson and a choir. You are welcome to join us for one workshop or to book as many as you wish. There is a theme each time and we will revise those we covered earlier in the year. If you have always wanted to learn to sing or have lots of experience, this is the place for you! If you have found that your voice has changed after having a baby, through peri/menopause and into your mature years, you are welcome!

Here is what you can expect:

Gentle movement combined with the breath, to release stress and promote a healthy nervous system.

A singing game or round to have fun and create community.

Breathing and vocal technique on a given topic for each session.

Singing a new song each month in harmony, applying what we have learned.
