⏰ Can I choose or change my time slot?

No. Time slots are allocated strictly by age group and gender balance.

Changing one attendee affects the entire rotation, so slot changes cannot be accommodated.

🚪 What happens if I arrive late?

Doors close at the advertised start time of your session.

❌ Late arrivals will be refused entry and no refunds will be issued.

🕰️ We strongly recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early.

💬 How many people will I meet and how long is each conversation?

You can expect to meet approximately 25–35 attendees, depending on final numbers.

⏱️ Each one-to-one conversation lasts up to 5 minutes, conducted in a supervised, halal environment.

You must bring physical photo ID:

👥 What is a Mehram / chaperone ticket?

A Mehram (chaperone):

Sits at the back of the room

Does not take part in rotations

Is present for observation and support only

🎟️ Every Mehram must hold a valid Mehram ticket to enter.

🤍 Does my Mehram have to be Muslim?

A traditional Mehram is a close male relative.

However, for support purposes only, we allow a trusted friend or family member (Muslim or non-Muslim) to attend on a Mehram ticket.

All Mehram rules still apply.

🔁 Are tickets refundable or transferable?

No. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
