Glasshouse Red Spider Mite originally formed in Brighton as a project between childhood friends Alex, Benji, and Ethan, who grew up together in Devon. After adding Cesca to the line-up to complete the current four-piece band, they quickly carved out a distinct space in the UK indie scene. They are best known for their melancholic and expansive blend of alternative rock and slowcore. Following a string of successful early singles, they released their debut EP, What Do You Mean The Monster? Hahaha, under the independent label Memorials of Distinction. Their cinematic, tension-building instrumental and lyrical storytelling has already seen them embark on multiple UK tours, play their first European dates, and perform to packed crowds at the End of The Road Festival.
