Join us for a relaxed and hands-on three-hour Saturday afternoon Pasta Making Workshop.

In this welcoming class, you’ll learn the art of fresh pasta from scratch, exploring both filled pasta and traditional hand-rolled shapes. We’ll guide you through making silky pasta dough, preparing flavourful fillings, and shaping a variety of pastas using time-honoured techniques. The focus is on practical skills, quality ingredients, and building the confidence to recreate everything at home.

What We’ll Make

Fresh egg pasta dough

A selection of hand-shaped pastas, such as spizzulus, cavatelli, strozzapreti, and capunti

A seasonal filled pasta (such as ravioli or tortellini)

Complementary fillings (meat, vegetarian, or seasonal produce)

Simple sauces to showcase both the filled and hand-rolled pastas

Menu may vary slightly depending on dietary requirements and ingredient availability.

As our classes are carefully planned, cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and non-transferable, including gift voucher bookings.

If we cancel the workshop, you’ll be offered a full refund, a transfer to another date, or a gift voucher.
