Step right up for a fantastic value Saturday night out – a circus show where we bring the shock and awe, you bring the gasps and applause. You’ll be dazzled and delighted as our superstar students show off their gravity-defying aerial and acrobatic skills and talents on trapeze, aerial hoop, rope, silks, straps and more. You could see acts performed by our instructors, students on current and previous full-time courses, our accomplished Youth Circus stars, and some pro circus artists showing works in progress. So gather your gang, grab your glad rags, and get yourself along for a great night! Spread the word to come along for a night of thrills, spills, joy and courage. This is a chance for you to enjoy circus acts in a whole range of stages of development, and for you to encourage the performers as they test their material on a live audience. The show will open with Youth Circus students in the spotlight, then their acts will be followed by performances by pro artists trialling new works, instructors and students from our full-time courses and recreational classes. The last segment is flying trapeze – our most popular class. They have stories to tell through their performances – and they're there for you because of their courage, creativity and the sheer thrill of performing for a live audience. The performance is suitable for all ages including children, who may be seated on mats or laps. Please note the venue has some uneven floor surfaces.
