The Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) kicks off its 2026/27 season on September 19 at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall with a concert that promises an extraordinary blend of powerful compositions. Under the baton of renowned conductor Thomas Søndergård, this event brings together two monumental works: Rachmaninov's vibrant Piano Concerto No. 4 and Mahler’s Symphony No. 6, often referred to as "Tragic." Subscriptions - Restoration Fund Information For customers buying a seasonal subscription, classical concerts in the 2026:27 Season will carry a restoration fund of 75 pence per ticket. For any additional concerts during 2026:27, whether bought in a separate transaction or along with a season subscription, the standard £1.50 restoration fund per ticket will apply.
