These classes are designed for people aged 60+ with at least one year’s ballet experience. Regenerate 1: 9.45am – 10.45am This class will build your understanding of ballet technique and vocabulary. You will develop your foundation in ballet technique through exercises designed to build co-ordination, strength, and balance. The class will begin at the barre, before progressing into centre and travelling exercises. This class is aimed at those newer to ballet, or who prefer a gentler, more guided pace. Regenerate 2: 11.15am – 12.15pm This class will develop your understanding of ballet technique and vocabulary. You will build on existing ballet knowledge through more complex exercises focusing on technique, balance, and coordination. The class will begin at the barre before moving to centre and travelling exercises designed to broaden ballet skills. This class is aimed at those with existing ballet experience who are looking to further their understanding of ballet through a faster paced and more challenging class.
