Glasgow's workplace culture is about to get a lot more active. On Saturday 5th September 2026, the Glasgow Industry Cup® brings together employees and local businesses from across the city for a first-of-its-kind inter-industry padel competition. Held at Racket Barn in Govan, the Glasgow Industry Cup® sees teams representing their industry go head-to-head across a World Cup-style format — group stages followed by a knockout bracket, played across three courts throughout the day. So far, five industries have confirmed their place in the competition: Law, Finance, Emergency Services, Professional Learning & Development, and Marketing & Sales, with individuals and pairs from different companies signing up to represent their sector.
