Join Mountaineer and Photographer George Robertson for an evening of tales from his chilly journey through the Arctic Tundra on snowshoes. Staying in remote mountain huts and exploring a remote wilderness. During the journey we will be rewarded with some spectacular snowy scenery and displays of the Northern Lights over the huts we are staying in. The talk finishes with a short visit to Stockholm.
George Robertson is an award-winning photographer based in Lennoxtown, with a passion for mountains and wild landscapes. He is also a qualified Mountain Leader and this provides the opportunities to capture images of remote areas around the world in addition to capturing Scotland's wild and rugged landscapes.
