Join one of Glasgow Wood’s talented woodworkers in their South Street workshop to learn how to build your very own piece of furniture. From cutting, assembling, to finishing, they’ll demonstrate every step which goes into transforming a pile of reclaimed wood into a finished product. For nearly the same price as purchasing the furniture from their online shop, why not take the opportunity to come in and learn for yourself and take away something made entirely by you? Each session is held in their South Street workshop in the Barclay Curle Complex, home to one of the 4 remaining iconic Titan Cranes. The day begins with a welcome and introduction, giving you the chance to meet fellow participants and familiarise yourself with the workshop space. Then the session officially begins!
