Start with a skin ritual facial massage with acupressure- puffiness out, glow on, muscles relaxed, and your skin lifted and toned using ancient, holistic techniques. Your face will thank you! Then, flow into a candle-lit gentle but playful vinyasa yoga + meditation session. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and stretch like we actually want to, flowing through moon/sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and ending in a dreamy Savasana with guided meditation. Your mind? Soothed + calm. Your body? Restored. And the grand finale… sip, chat, repeat! Stick around for a glass or two (we don’t judge) of pro/ nosecco and catch up with friends old and new. Leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and totally ready to take on the world- or at least the weekend!
