Thursday evening yoga in the West End Vinyasa Flow class Thursdays at 6pm at Movement Studio on Ashton Lane. It is a functional Vinyasa flow which means we will connect breath to movement and move in all directions to give the body new inputs, slow the mind, increase mental clarity and build strength and awareness on and off the mat. If you're around the West End and fancy trying something different, come along! **First class is free**, afterwards £10 per class.
