A night for peace

From Saturday 7 to Sunday 8 November 2026, experience a whole night immersed in the sounds and vibrations of sacred gongs. As you lie comfortably, meditate or drift into sleep, experienced gong players create a continuous soundscape throughout the night. Unlike a traditional one-hour gong bath, this extended journey offers time to rest and settle into the sound. The vibrations can help quiet a busy mind, release tension and invite calm; every experience is unique.

The shared intention is to nurture peace within ourselves and carry a little of it into the world around us. This is a rare opportunity to experience an all-night Gong Puja in Stroud.
