About This Event

The Church Road Coffee Run Club offers coach-led, mixed-pace interval training every Thursday at 6pm. Participants can work at their own effort level through time-based intervals, making the experience accessible and enjoyable. The sessions are designed to be structured yet relaxed, encouraging social interaction after the run.

Time-based intervals, so you work to your own effort, not a fixed distance. Mixed pace group, run alongside others to make the intervals feel that bit easier. Structured, but never scary, and always a laugh along the way.
