Intermediate Linear: A Tortworth Tramp

Description:

We start this walk with a coach ride from Dursley Bus Station to Falfield.

We then take an interesting route towards Tortworth, passing under the motorway and climbing up (with lovely views of the Cotswold Escarpment) to view the famous Tortworth Chestnut tree.

Afterwards we walk alongside the Little Avon River and then cross the fields to North Nibley where we will stop for lunch.

We then pick up the Cotswold Way to return to Dursley over Stinchcombe Hill.
