Wellness Within: 24 Hours... Making Space For YOU

When was the last time you stopped, took a breath and really thought about how you're spending your time?

Between work, family, responsibilities and everything else life throws at us, it's often ourselves that get pushed to the bottom of the list.

Join us for a relaxed evening of connection, reflection and a little time for YOU.

Together we'll enjoy three simple activities:

🌿 The Brain Dump – Clear your mind, get everything out on paper and work out what's really important.

🕒 The 24-Hour Clock – Look at where your time actually goes and discover where you could make a little more space for yourself.

✨ Mini Vision Board – Get creative, think about what you want more of in your life and set some intentions for the month ahead.

No pressure, no expectations and absolutely no experience needed. Just a welcoming space to switch off from everyday life, meet lovely people and do something for yourself.
