Cleethorpes Holiday’s Mega Fun Park returns to the resort for the August Holidays when it opens from Wednesday 12th August through until Tuesday 1st September. And the visit marks a ten-year celebration for George Rowland Tucker and his family of visiting the coast regularly with only the pandemic managing to come between him and a trip with his huge selection of rides and attractions to a place he calls his second home. And to celebrate the occasion on Wednesday 12th August for one day only all three of the sessions will be priced at just £10 to sample the rides for two and a half hours at the Meridian Showground!

Speaking George commented,” We love coming to Cleethorpes. We have made so many friends here on our visits and feel a real connection to the town. This will be our last visit of 2026 and to mark the occasion and with it being ten years I thought what better way than £10 to sample all the rides and attractions at our fun park. We totally understand money is tight now and really want to make this an affordable day out for all the family and what better way than to reduce the price. The management at the Meridian Showground have been wonderful in allowing our continued attendance and we really appreciate all the support of the local businesses who see our visits as an enhancement to what the resort already has to offer.”

Sessions will run on the Wednesday12th of August from 12 noon – 2.30pm, 3pm – 5.30pm and 6pm – 8.30pm and will be just £10 for the first day only then run every day at the same times through until Tuesday 1st September.

One attraction which is causing the biggest stir, is a brand-new Fun House which debuted at Cleethorpes in May, and to honour the local firefighters was named Fire Department Fun House and is fully decorated accordingly and features two floors of fun, games, and obstacles.

The Fire Department Fun House as well as lots of other attractions and rides are all free for a one-off admission charge for up to two and a half hours of fantastic fun if you arrive at the start of a session alongside rides where guests can enjoy spin after hair-raising spin on amazing attractions from white knuckle thrillers to wholesome family fun. Most spectacular is the Stratos Fear with guests spinning in outward facing suspended seats at 120 degrees for an exhilarating experience they will never forget.

Families will love the Dodgems, the G Force or the Waltzer while the Sizzler Twist and Ski Jump always prove popular with the families. There will also be the Cliffhanger, and an amazing selection of children’s rides. Food and games and Bungee Trampolines are payable once inside the security-controlled site so mum and dad can always enjoy a coffee while the kids are enjoying the rides.

Every day there will be three sessions from 12 noon–2.30pm, 3.00pm – 5.30pm, and 6.00pm - 8.30pm. (Except Tue 1st September no session 6.00pm – 8.30pm) Height restrictions apply on some attractions while non riding adults accompanying children who are sampling the attractions pay just £2.00.

To add to the fun every Sunday and on Bank Holiday Monday look out for the dinosaur invasion and on Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday there will be a famous robot in attendance too!
